We are seeking a creative, organized, and trend-savvy Social Media Manager to lead and grow RefluxRaft’s presence on Instagram and TikTok. You’ll own the strategy, content, and community engagement across these channels, while also managing our affiliate and influencer programs. This role is ideal for someone who lives and breathes social media, loves working with creators, and understands how to convert views into loyal customers.
Own and execute RefluxRaft’s Instagram and TikTok strategy, including content planning, creation, and scheduling
Engage with the community by responding to DMs, comments, and tags, and cultivating a strong, authentic brand voice
Stay on top of trends, audio, and formats to keep content fresh, relevant, and engaging
Manage influencer and affiliate relationships, including sourcing, onboarding, and tracking performance
Track and report on performance metrics, using insights to refine content and drive engagement, reach, and conversions
You’re a social-first creative who thrives at the intersection of storytelling, strategy, and community. You know how to capture attention in the first three seconds, and you have a sixth sense for what performs—and why. You're a natural communicator, highly organized, and deeply in tune with internet culture and creator communities.
You’re energized by the opportunity to grow something from the ground up and love wearing multiple hats. Whether you’re editing a TikTok, responding to comments, or pitching a new influencer partnership, you bring a proactive mindset and high attention to detail to everything you do.
3+ years of experience in social media management, with hands-on experience running Instagram, TikTok, and TikTok Shops for an ecommerce brand.
Proven success managing influencer/affiliate partnerships and driving measurable results.
Deep understanding of social media trends, algorithm changes, and performance metrics.
Strong storytelling skills and ability to create compelling visual/video content.
Comfortable using tools like Sprout Social Canva, Figma, TikTok Ads Manager, and affiliate platforms.
Excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills.
Experience in wellness and CPG a plus.
