Usage & Storage
Take 1 teaspoon (5ml) after meals and/or before bed. May repeat up to four times daily or as needed.
Yes — we recommend abstaining from food and drink for at least 15 minutes after taking RefluxRaft. Drinking liquids immediately afterward may temporarily displace the protective raft, but it will re-form shortly after.
RefluxRaft should be stored in a cool, dry place. Refrigeration may help maintain freshness. When stored properly, it has a shelf life of up to two years.
Subscription & Orders
You can manage your subscription by logging into your RefluxRaft account. Changes should be made at least 24 hours before your next order processes to avoid unwanted charges.
Due to the nature of our product, we do not accept returns. However, first-time customers are covered by Gerdy’s Guarantee, which offers a full refund within 30 days if you are not satisfied. Subscription payments are non-refundable after the initial 30-day period.

Orders typically process within 1-2 business days and ship via standard U.S. shipping, which takes 3-7 business days depending on location.

Yes! If you would like to redeem your HSA/FSA funds for a purchase on our website and you don’t have an HSA/FSA card, you can choose Sika and pay with a normal credit or debit card. As long as one of the items in your cart is eligible, you will receive an email from Sika Health detailing the items, the card used, and a compliant itemized receipt attached. In this email will be everything you need to redeem your purchase for HSA/FSA dollars, including the proper receipt to submit to your HSA/FSA administrator. Download the itemized receipt and upload it to your HSA/FSA administrator to get reimbursed for your qualifying items.
There are a few potential reasons why this may happen. It’s possible your HSA/FSA card has not yet been activated, or that you are attempting to purchase ineligible products with an HSA/FSA card. If you believe it is something other than that, please reach out to support@sikahealth.com.

It’s important to remember that FSA funds do not roll over at the end of the year (unless your employer allows it) and they immediately are returned to your employer if you leave your job.
