Gerdy’s Guarantee

RefluxRaft is committed to helping you find relief from acid reflux and GERD-related symptoms. If you are not completely satisfied with your first bottle of RefluxRaft from refluxraft.com, you may be eligible for a refund under Gerdy’s Guarantee, subject to the terms below.

Eligibility

Gerdy’s Guarantee applies only to:

-Your first bottle of RefluxRaft purchased directly from RefluxRaft.com
-Refund requests submitted within 30 days of the purchase date

Refund Amount

If eligible, we will issue a full refund for the product price of your first bottle.

How to Request a Refund

To submit a request, email our Customer Support team at support@refluxraft.com within 30 days of purchase.

Important Notes & Exclusions

-This guarantee applies to your initial purchase only (one per customer/household).

-We do not accept returns due to the nature of the product.

-Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

-Subscription orders are non-refundable after the initial 30-day period.

-We are unable to issue refunds for orders that have already been processed or shipped, except where covered under Gerdy’s Guarantee for the first order.


Subscriptions and Recurring Orders

To cancel or adjust a subscription, changes must be made at least 24 hours before your next order’s processing date. Requests received after an order has processed may not prevent shipment and are not eligible for refund.


Purchases Made on Amazon

If you purchased RefluxRaft through Amazon, your order is subject to Amazon’s policies, including the Amazon A-to-Z Guarantee. Refunds and claims must be initiated directly through Amazon. Our team will support Amazon’s process as needed.
