OFFICIAL RULES AND TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. PROMOTION DESCRIPTION

The Feel Good Carry-On Giveaway (the "Promotion") is a sweepstakes sponsored by RefluxRaft, Corporation("Sponsor") in partnership with the co-sponsoring brands identified in Section 3 below (collectively, "Co-Sponsors"). No purchase is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning.

2. ELIGIBILITY

The Promotion is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry. Void outside the United States and where prohibited by law. The following persons are not eligible to enter:

Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, Co-Sponsors, and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and fulfillment vendors;

Immediate family members (spouse, parent, sibling, child) and household members of the above, whether or not related.

Sponsor reserves the right to verify eligibility and to disqualify any entrant who does not meet these requirements.

This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with any social media platform, including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, or TikTok. Entrants release each applicable platform from any and all liability related to this Promotion.

4. PROMOTION PERIOD

The Promotion begins at 12:00 AM Eastern Time (ET) on June 15, 2026, and ends at 11:59 PM ET on June 30, 2026 (the "Promotion Period"). Sponsor's computer is the official timekeeping device for this Promotion.

5. HOW TO ENTER

During the Promotion Period, visit the official landing page at refluxraft.com (specific page URL to be confirmed prior to launch) and complete the entry form by providing your first name, last name, and valid email address. One (1) entry per person per email address. Multiple entries from the same person or email address will be disqualified.

Entries generated by script, macro, bot, or other automated means are void. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, incomplete, illegible, or technically corrupted entries.

Sponsor and Co-Sponsors may promote this Promotion on social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok. Any such promotion may invite users to like, share, comment on, or follow Sponsor's or Co-Sponsors' social media accounts. These actions are optional and are not required to enter or win. The sole method of entry is to complete the entry form on the official landing page, as described above. Social media actions, if taken, will not increase an entrant's chances of winning.

6. PRIZES

Five (5) winners will each receive one (1) "Feel Good Carry-On" bundle consisting of:

• 1 Drink Wholesome protein powder sample pack (ARV: $9.99)
• 1 RefluxRaft branded tote bag (ARV: $10.00)

•  Yeti water bottle (ARV: $40.00)
• 1 Patter Bar variety 6-pack (ARV: $19.50)
• 1 Sequoia Soothe product (ARV: $67.00)

Total approximate retail value (ARV) per bundle: $264.47. Total ARV of all prizes: $1,322.35. Prizes are non-transferable, and no substitution or cash equivalent is permitted, except at Sponsor's sole discretion or as required by law. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the stated prize becomes unavailable.

7. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION

On or about July 2, 2026, five (5) potential winners will be selected from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period by random drawing conducted by Sponsor. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

Potential winners will be notified by email using the address provided at the time of entry. If a potential winner cannot be contacted within five (5) business days of the first notification attempt, or if the winner fails to respond within the required timeframe, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected. Sponsor's decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to this Promotion.

8. PRIZE CONDITIONS

Winners may be required to complete and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release, and, where permitted by law, a Publicity Release within five (5) business days of notification. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture. Prizes will be fulfilled by the Sponsor or a designated fulfillment vendor and shipped only to a valid U.S. address. Sponsor is not responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect address information provided by the winner.

9. DATA COLLECTION AND USE

By entering, entrants consent to Sponsor and all Co-Sponsors collecting their name and email address for marketing and promotional purposes, including but not limited to email newsletters. Entrants may opt out of marketing communications from any Co-Sponsor at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email received from that Co-Sponsor. Entry information will not be sold to unaffiliated third parties. Sponsor's Privacy Policy is available at refluxraft.com/policies/privacy-policy.

10. PUBLICITY

Except where prohibited, by accepting a prize, winner grants Sponsor and Co-Sponsors permission to use winner's name, likeness, photograph, and city/state of residence for advertising and promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without additional compensation.

11. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY AND RELEASE

By entering, entrants agree to release, discharge, and hold harmless Sponsor, Co-Sponsors, their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, and each of their employees, directors, officers, and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with participation in this Promotion or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.

Sponsor is not responsible for: (a) any technical malfunction of telephone networks, computer systems, servers, internet providers, or related equipment; (b) any interruption, deletion, defect, or failure in electronic transmission; (c) any injury or damage to an entrant's or any other person's computer or device related to participation in this Promotion.

12. DISPUTES AND GOVERNING LAW

This Promotion is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising from this Promotion shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Charlottesville, Virginia, and entrants consent to personal jurisdiction and venue in such courts. To the extent permitted by law, all claims must be resolved on an individual basis and not in a class action.

13. GENERAL CONDITIONS

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend this Promotion, in whole or in part, at any time if, in Sponsor's sole opinion, fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Promotion. In the event of cancellation, a notice will be posted on the official entry page.

All federal, state, and local taxes on prizes are the sole responsibility of the winner. Winners may be issued a Form 1099 if the prize value meets applicable IRS reporting thresholds.

14. WINNER LIST AND OFFICIAL RULES

For a list of winners or a copy of these Official Rules, send a written request with a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: RefluxRaft Corporation, 300 E. Main Street, Charlottesville, VA 22902, Attn: Feel Good Carry-On Giveaway. Winner requests must be received by August 29, 2026.

15. SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORM COMPLIANCE

This Promotion is conducted in compliance with the applicable terms and community guidelines of any social media platform on which it is promoted, including Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok. Sponsor and Co-Sponsors bear sole responsibility for ensuring that promotional content complies with each platform's promotional and contest policies. As stated in Section 3, this Promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by any such platform, and entrants release each platform from any related liability.
