"The package contains 24 servings, but it only contains 12 single serving packets. We are supposed to use only half a packet if our symptoms are mild? Each packet is 2 teaspoons. A similar packet of the product reflux gourmet is 1 teaspoon, so a 24 serving package would contain 24 packets. That is much easier to dose based on the severity of symptoms."

"I believe the reflux raft would do much better for me if I could remember to take it right after I eat. My doctors are all big supporters of reflex raft but I can't seem to remember to take it correctly. When I do it definitely gives me some relief from my Gerd, LPR and erosive esophagitis. I have tried the lemon ginger and it works just as well I just prefer the berry taste. I do keep mine in the refrigerator which also seems to make it more palatable. I also have purchased the to go packets and I keep those in my purse for when we have to eat out so that I have them ready to take after meals. Reflux raft is a must in your healing journey."
